Olivia Wilde Tells All About Post-Baby Body

After giving birth to son Otis Alexander 11 months ago, Olivia Wilde has embraced her post-baby body and is talking about it openly in an editorial she wrote for April’s issue of Shape magazine.

“I am not in perfect shape. In fact, I’m softer than I’ve ever been, including that unfortunate semester in high school when I simultaneously discovered Krispy Kreme and pot,” she said.

“The photos of me in this magazine have been generously constructed to show my best angles, and I assure you, good lighting has been warmly embraced. The truth is, I’m a mother, and I look like one.”

The 31-year-old star revealed intimate details of the first weeks after delivery and her body’s transformation over the course of the pregnancy saying, “First of all, you haven’t seen your vagina in months, even though it’s all her fault you’re in this situation.” Wilde is engaged to Jason Sudeikis, who is the father of Otis Alexander.

Though Wilde accepts her post-pregnancy figure, the star still stays in shape by excercising regularly. 2Fly, a dance fitness workout taught by her sister-in-law Kristin Sudeikis, is Wilde’s go to work out routine––even if she would rather indulge in pizza and beer.
